Additional Information Require for Personal Details
As a subsidiary of a public corporation, Agoda is bound by local and international regulations requiring us to collect the Know Your Customer (KYC) data from our partners. All information collected will be treated in accordance with Agoda's Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Affiliate Agreement.
All partners are required to update the new additional information listed below in the Partner Center's "Personal Details" section:
- Date of Birth
- Questionnaire
Please make sure that you have updated with accurate information, or if you have not filled it in yet, please do so as soon as possible. Failure to correctly update the "Personal Details Page" may result in your commission payment being withheld until further action from your side.
You can click "Personal Detail" to complete your personal details on the Partner Center and refer to the below image for your reference.
Common Questions
- Whose date of birth should be provided?
- If individual, please fill in your date of birth.
- If entity, please fill in the ultimate beneficiary owner's date of birth (someone owning more 20% of the company). - What to do when face with technical error or unable to save after updated the personal details?
