Can I remove a Site ID?

Can I remove a Site ID?

Site IDs cannot be removed but can be deactivated. Once deactivated, it will no longer be available as an option for integration for any Agoda tools and its status will be updated to 'deactivated' on Manage Your Sites page.

Please submit a support ticket from our help center with the following information:
  1. Prior to submitting, please make sure the site ID has no unpaid booking commissions.
  2. Provide the site ID to be deactivated
  3. A brief reason for deactivation
