How to Calculate Commission
Commission is calculated with the tier and formula shown below

Commission = Booking Value (Pre-tax) x Commission Percentage
How and When is Commission paid
How: Payments are made by Direct Bank Transfer to the account you provide to us in the "
Bank Information" tab of your Profile.
When: You will be paid on the Payment Date of a booking
- For a "Pay at Agoda" booking, the payment date is 1 month after a guest completes the booking by checking out of the property.
- For a "Pay at Hotel" booking, the payment date is 2 months after check out.
If your earned commissions do not reach payment threshold (200USD), we do not make a payment. Instead, we carry that amount forward for you until it reaches the payment threshold. In the month where the payment threshold is reached, we will make the payment to you.
Common questions
Will I receive my commission if my bank account is not active? and how to update bank acc?
Yes, you will continue to earn commissions despite your bank account. However we highly advise to update your banking information to avoid any delays in payments. When we find that your bank account is not active, payments will be pushed back until the end of the following month, until bank information is updated. To update your bank information, please visit

Why haven't I gotten commission for this booking?
Unfortunately, a completed booking may be booked through a different landing page with different site ID tracked. This could be related to cookies issue where you may have visited multiple landing pages right before completing the booking falsely attributed the booking.
Will I get commission from Mobile Application booking?
You will definitely receive commission on successful departed booking if the user made a reservation through the proper link that leads to mobile application but not direct reservation from application.
