How to reset password in Partner Center?

Changing your account password.


You can request to reset your password from the login page. Click Forgot your password? Click here




Enter your registered email address and Submit




You will receive an email to reset password within 30 minutes. (Please check your spam folder) 




Then, enter your new password different from your previous, and click submit. After submitting try logging in again from our login page

Why am I not receiving the email to reset?
Please check your junk mail. If you still cannot find the email, this may be due to our IP address being blocked by your email domain. Please unblock the following IP address: 167.89.57.3, 167.89.57.31 and try again.

"Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again." Error when resetting
This error is likely due to not submitting the new password within 30 minutes of your request. Once you request to reset password and receive the email, please submit your new password within 30 minutes of request.
