Updating Email Address

As a part of our security process and fraud prevention measures, please provide us with the following information and documents to verify your ownership of the account via affiliate-partners@agoda.com.

  1. Your current email
  2. New email you would like to change to
  3. Reason of email change request
  4. Affiliate account owner detail (Name, Last name, and company name)
  5. Number of the sites you own and their Site IDs with the URLs that you registered found in Manage Your Sites
  6. Attach a copy of the domain & website registration certificate
  7. Attach a copy of your business registration
  8. Attach a screenshot of your profile page
